We count commit contributions GitHub attributes to your connected account across public and private repositories. Only aggregate daily counts are stored. The repository must be visible to your GitHub connection.

GitHub’s contribution rules still apply: commits generally need to reach the default or gh-pages branch and use an email linked to your GitHub account. Unmerged feature branches and fork-only commits may not appear. GitHub can take time to update its graph.

The window includes today and the previous 29 UTC dates, using GitHub’s daily contribution buckets. The fire badge shows consecutive commit days and appears only while your streak is active. Yesterday’s streak stays active while you still have today to commit; 90+ means at least 90 days.

Activity refreshes automatically when connected members use the app, at most hourly. Manual sync is available every 15 minutes. Only verified snapshots updated within 24 hours are ranked, and equal commit counts share a position.
